Change your tech pack details in the main editor and adjust the layout in the PDF. You can resize fabric and trim references and edit connected text directly in the PDF. Check that the text change appears in the main editor too. When you are ready, click Download.

How to do it
Check the editor and PDF
The main editor has your tech pack details. The PDF shows the final document and updates when you change those details.
Resize the references
Make the fabric and trim reference images bigger where it helps your manufacturer read the page.
Edit connected text
Click a connected text field in the PDF and change it. Check that the same change appears in the main editor.
Check and download
Check that the text and images are easy to read. Then click Download to get your PDF.

The example makes two fabric references and one trim reference bigger. It also changes “red fabric” in the PDF, then checks the same field in the main editor.
Things to check
- Check that the images and text are easy to read after you resize them.
- When you edit connected text in the PDF, check the matching field in the main editor too.
- Check the garment details and layout before you download and share the PDF.

In AI Tech Packs, we have two editors. The main editor is on the left and lets you edit the information. On the right is the PDF, your final output. Edits in the main editor are reflected right away in the PDF. In this fabric section, we have two fabric references. We can enlarge these elements to give the tech pack a more cohesive look and make it easier for the manufacturer to read. The same applies to the trim section. We only have one trim, so we can enlarge it. You can also make text edits directly in the PDF. Click a field, for example “red fabric.” When I edit it, the main editor reflects the change too. These changes should be synced. To download the PDF, click Download.
